Children aged between 6 to 12 years old can develop addiction by getting immersed into something without any specific reason. It may end very soon or last for
quite a while. Children developing addiction indicates that all the three components of psychology are tangled among one another. When components of psychology
lose balance, both adult and children display peculiar behaviors, but children's symptoms are more salient.
Adults have the three components of psychology, perception, memory, and expression operate separately, but children still have them mixed and mingled to a
certain degree. Therefore, it is important for children to form healthy habits in mimind so that the unconscious operate smoothly. Otherwise, they can develop
distorted habits in the process of forming self-identity and have them fixated when they become adults. The cause of children developing addiction is the
continuation of stress and accumulation of wounds in mimind. Children can restore healthy operation of psychology relatively easily when they are provided
safe and nurturing environment where they can stabilize psychology. However, they may have to live with addiction when their condition is neglected. Especially,
younger children are more susceptible to imbalance of psychological operation since they have less ability to control and manage their psychological operation
than adults.
