Human have psychology operates in their mind to pursue happiness. Then, what is happiness? It is self-actualization. Health is the most important
component of happiness and self-actualization, and healthy psychology is the second most important component. When you are not healthy and your
psychology is unstable, you cannot achieve happiness or self-actualization. When you have healthy body and stable psychology, your perception, memory, and
expression are activated in healthy ways, and you develop the desire to achieve your own goals in life. Parents must carefully examine how children are doing with
physical and psychological health before they encourage children to work hard for academic achievement.
Teenagers with stable psychology will have good relationships with people and develop academic appetite. They can have higher levels of concentration and
understanding when they have healthy body and mind. Teenagers who have problems at home and at school tend to have unstable psychology. When they
restore healthy psychology, they easily go back to the healthy life. Of course, they will adapt themselves to the school life and other environments better, too.
