There are some parents who neglect protecting and nurturing their children making different excuses, which are usually legitimate from parents' point ow view. 

Then, children cannot but depend on school and other institutions for protection and growth. It is essential for social and public institutions to provide safe 

and healthy environment for children in such situations. If parents are too busy or occupied with their own life giving up their role as primary caregivers, schools 

and other institutions must help children. Teenagers can easily collapse when they are not protected either at home or at school. Schools and institutions can take 

the lead of protecting and nurturing children, and then, guide parents to take their responsibility as parents. 

     In the past, teachers used to visit students' homes to check how children were doing at home. Parents used to consider the visit as an important event and 

prepared for it sincerely. Both parents and teachers were considered as two important pivots for healthy growth of children. Teachers used to be 

respected as another parent. It is essential for parents and schools to stand as firm protection walls for children. Most problems and conflicts teenagers experience are 

caused by the collapse of the protection walls parents and teachers are supposed to provide. It is a pity that teachers visiting students' homes is considered 

unusual in the current society.
