I have learned so much about the mind by watching these Youth Mind Training videos. They have helped me understand how to speak to my mother and father when there is a problem. I learned about how women’s mind works and how men’s mind works too. I also have learned about wounds and stress, which helped me treat my wounds when I get wounds. The Mind Training videos were very helpful, and now I know more about my mind, and I can use all this information to make me happier and less stressed.
